Lee Gentry for U.S. Congress

Home Page

Dear Friends,

Welcome to our Web site.  This is an electrifying time for Arizonans as we deal with a changing global landscape that is affecting us in our community and our fellow Americans.  There are many challenges ahead such as national security, tough economic times, high energy prices, illegal immigration, declining performance in education, rising healthcare costs, and a crumbling infrastructure.  By working together, we can overcome these challenges and others by implementing thoughtful solutions to create a bright future for everyone.  I will work to limit the size of the federal government, reduce wasteful spending, and decrease taxes.

I am reaching out to you to ask for your help and vote.  I encourage your input and I will work as hard for you as anyone you have ever met.  I want you to be included in the democratic process and not ignored.  You can expect to have outstanding service from me when I am working for you in Washington D.C.

I am fortunate to have a lot of teammates on our campaign team who offer their precious time while balancing busy lifestyles.  I appreciate their wonderful contributions.  If you are interested in volunteering as a member of our campaign team, please take a minute to complete the information on the Volunteer tab.  This is one of the more exciting federal campaigns in the country and you can be a part of it.

In a financially difficult time, leaders need to step up to make the situation better.  If elected as your U.S. Representative, I will work for an annual salary of $14 per year until the nearly 14 trillion dollars of debt is eliminated.  We can not continue to travel on this path made up of unchecked spending.  In addition, I am not going to be beholden to any group because I will be your independent voice in Washington D.C. where you will have equal access to me and my staff.  We are running a grassroots campaign and I will not be asking for donations during the primary, but I will rely on all of the voices of CD5 to carry our message to Washington D.C.

The primary election will be held on Tuesday, August 24, 2010.  This election is also open to registered Independents who select to vote, according to the official guidelines, in the Republican primary.  With your vote, we can win and build a bright future for all Americans.  I look forward to working for you as your U.S. Representative from Arizona's Fifth Congressional District.  We can do it together!

Yours sincerely and respectfully,

Lee Gentry
